This all looks so complicated for me.

The video was helpful. It cleared up a couple of issues I was having. However as I was Manipulating the legs the ballast holder unscrewed and fell out. It will not screw in . The metal ring prevents the threads from catching. Help!

Got my Strada and tripod. Set it up and wondering how I adjust the tripod legs so they lock in place. And how to relock them if you need to adjust them. Will it hurt the palette if you use gouache on them?

Can the OBO carbon compact model be used with a regular size (large) strada easel? I am petite and want to carry lest weight.

Great demo! How can I buy an extra quick release plate for the tripod?

I am going to order tripod today and need it before Feb.10 for a trip.

I just emailed as well. This video is very helpful, but I had trouble folding the legs back up for compact carrying. Two of them unclipped and folded up fine, but the third, the one that can unscrew entirely, would not unclip and I had to unscrew it and take it off to get the tripod back in the bag.
